The Gatta Inn

The Gatta Inn offers a variety of room options to cater to different guest preferences. We have some rooms that been refurbished and working on continuing to all rooms in the future. At this stage our accommodation includes 2 Queen Rooms, 3 Double and Single Rooms, and 3 Queen and Single Rooms. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience during your stay at our motel. At The Gatta Inn, our rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, microwave, kettle, air-conditioning, ensuite, fridge, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities for your convenience. We also have two rooms that are pet friendly.

FAQs

When do you take payment?

We do require a credit card at the time of booking, we use this to charge for your room and also as a security/bond. We do charge the card prior to check in. If you cancel within 48 hours you are required to pay 100% of the tariff, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation..

Do you have a free BBQ to use at the motel?

We do not have BBQ facilities however there are loads of free BBQ facilities around Tallangatta to use.

What do you do with my email / personal details?

We only use your email to send a confirmation of your booking. YOU must have an email confirmation of your booking to ensure a room at the motel. Especially for group bookings!

Do you have a laundry?

There is a 24 hour laundry directly across from us on the Main Street of Tallangatta.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes we do accept small pets. There is an extra charge of $50 per night because of cleaning. There is a list of guide lines to adhere to. There is also a deposit held of $150 in case of any damage done to the rooms.

Do you have a restaurant or reception ?

We currently do not have a functioning restaurant. There are plenty of options for meals in our small town with everything only walking distance. We do not have a reception area as we are running a self check in. That way your able to check in any time after 2pm until as late as you want.

    The room was freshly renovated and very clean. The room was very large and comfortable. Heating was great as it was a cold night. We stayed at the Tallangatta Motor Inn for one night on a road trip. We had not made any advance booking and just turned up. The staff were very friendly. Price was very affordable and the stay at the motel was perfect for what we needed.
